NEON Entry Level Product

Purpose

Due to ever changing marketing conditions and less money available to pay exorbitant administration charges, the Metropolitan Employee Benefit Business Developers identified a need for an entry level product administered on the Neon administration platform.  Through the Neon Entry Level Product these individuals can trust the matters of employee benefits to us.

This product forms part of the Metropolitan IMC Umbrella Pension and Provident Umbrella Funds which are defined contribution funds.  It will also enable businesses the ability to obtain basic insurance cover at competitive rates which will support employees and their families in the event of disablement or death.
The Neon Entry Level Product is designed to minimize costs without sacrificing quality or service. 


Qualification Criteria

Monthly contributions expressed as defined percentages of salary resulting in annual total administration fee of R17 000.00 (excluding VAT) or more.  Employer contribution should be inclusive of all cost.  Minimum membership of 40 members per participating employer and administration fee should be expressed as a flat rand amount per member per month and not a percentage of salary..
