Free Standing Funds
The Free Standing option is suited to clients who choose to retain ownership and control of their pension and provident fund, yet want to split the administration duties between retirement fund consultants or intermediaries and the fund administrators.
The Fund decides on the set of investment portfolios that it wishes to offer it's members and the Underwriter it wishes to appoint to underwrite the risk benefits. This option also offers considerable flexibility in terms of benefit design and fund structuring.
Compliance and statutory deliverables are the responsibility of the Board of Trustees appointed to the Fund.
