Description of the Fund
The Metropolitan Money Market Fund is a specialist money market fund that invests in short term money market instruments. The fund is structured to comply with Regulation 28 of the Pension Fund Act.
Fund Objective
The fund aims to achieve returns in excess of the average overnight call deposit rate of the largest banks while targeting a high level of capital preservation. The formal performance objective is to outperform the Alexander Forbes Money Market Index pa over a rolling 3 year period.
